Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

Please allow 3 -7 business days for your order to be processed. 
2. Packing your orders
Care is taken when packing your order to assist the safe arrival of them to you. We use cardboard boxes and secure your gems with packing wrap and tissue paper. 
We avoid using stamps and stickers or writing over the boxes as we encourage you to reuse and recycle.
3. Shipping options
Currently, all orders (Domestic and International) are sent via Australia Post with tracking. You will receive the tracking number once your parcel has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking code to become active. We suggest you use the Australia Post website below to track your order progress or their app. 
For international shipping, some people may experience significant delays due to the current world climate. Occasionally, we may discover that we cannot send to your location. If this is the case, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund.
International orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes, and you will be responsible for the payment. 

4. Shipping rates
Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight of your purchase. 
Australia (Domestic):
Regular shipping starting at $12.00 
Express shipping starting at $16.00
Postage does not include insurance or signature on delivery unless advised at the time of purchase. An invoice will be emailed to cover costs; once payment is received (for the insurance or signature on delivery), the order will be processed.

5. Local Pick Up
I am based in Swan Hill and offer a pick-up option. To make use of this service, follow these guidelines:

  • Place your order as usual and choose the 'pick up' option.
  • Once your order is prepared for pick up, you will receive an email with location details.
  • All pick ups are contactless and should occur between 8 am and 7 pm.

6. If you are concerned your order is lost 
Firstly, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you accidentally provide the incorrect information, Bella and Bliss Design are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Should the order be returned undelivered, Bella and Bliss Design will inform you via email of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified when the refund has been processed.
If you are concerned your parcel has been lost in transit, you MUST contact Australia Post first on 13 76 78. 
However, if you need support with your enquiry to Australia Post, we will assist. Please understand Bella and Bliss Design will not be responsible should Australia Post lose it – we will do our best to offer a solution and support, but we will not provide refunds for these situations.
7. Missing items
Please inspect the order on the day of arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order (which will be based on tracking information), not once opened. You must contact us and let us know exactly what items are missing.
