Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
2. Packing your orders
We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely.
We use recyclable cardboard boxes, tissue paper, and packing wrap while avoiding unnecessary stickers or markings to encourage reusability.
3. Shipping options
Currently, all orders (Domestic and International) are sent via Australia Post with tracking. You will receive the tracking number once your parcel has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking code to become active.
To track your order, use the Australia Post tracking tool or download their mobile app.
4. Shipping rates
Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight of your purchase.
Australia (Domestic):
Regular shipping starting at $12.00
Express shipping starting at $16.00
Insurance and signature on delivery are not included in standard postage rates. If you require these services, please notify us at the time of purchase. A separate invoice will be sent for these additional costs, and your order will be processed once payment is received.
5. Local Pick Up
I am based in Swan Hill and offer a pick-up option. To make use of this service, follow these guidelines:
- Place your order as usual and choose the 'pick up' option.
- Once your order is prepared for pick up, you will receive an email with location details.
- All pick-ups are contactless and must be collected between 8 AM and 7 PM.
6. If you are concerned your order is lost
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, Bella and Bliss Design is not responsible for resending the order at our expense.
Should the order be returned undelivered, Bella and Bliss Design will inform you via email of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified when the refund has been processed.
If you believe your parcel is lost in transit, please contact Australia Post at 13 76 78 before reaching out to us. If you need additional support, we are happy to assist, but Bella and Bliss Design is not liable for lost packages once they have been handed over to Australia Post.
7. Missing items
Please inspect the order on the day of arrival. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of the tracked delivery date, even if the package remains unopened.
8. Shipping Promotion
Our current shipping promotion applies automatically at checkout when your order reaches a minimum value of $80 or more (excluding shipping costs). This offer does not apply to wholesale purchases.
